Snorkeling Introduction

Want to discover the underwater world? Learn how to snorkel at TODI under the guidance of a certified SSI instructor. You’ll practice with a mask, snorkel, and fins, and learn to breathe calmly at the water’s surface. From age 6, no previous experience required.

What can you expect?

SSI Snorkel Diver was developed for participants who want a safe and accessible introduction to snorkeling. This program offers a relaxing first experience in the underwater world under the guidance of a certified SSI Snorkel Instructor.

During the program, you’ll learn how to use snorkeling equipment correctly and breathe comfortably at the surface. The focus is on safety, water comfort, and the enjoyable observation of marine life without complex techniques.

SSI Snorkel Diver focuses on a positive first introduction to snorkeling in a controlled environment.

How Your Snorkeling Session Works

Check-in

Check in at the counter 15 minutes beforehand. You’ll receive a colored wristband – always wear it visibly, it grants access to the Experience Zone. Your 2-hour snorkeling session starts now.

Change Clothes

  • Put on your swimwear
  • Store your belongings in a locker (opened with your wristband)
  • Go barefoot to the fourth floor (stairs or elevator)

At the Basin

  • Go through the foot bath and take a shower
  • Choose your equipment (dive mask or full-face mask, wetsuit, and fins)
  • Disinfect your equipment
  • Shower again before entering the water

After Snorkeling

  • Rinse and disinfect your equipment
  • Return everything to its proper place
  • Change clothes on the ground floor
  • Deposit your wristband in the designated box
Group of participants receives explanations about snorkeling.
